"I needed time to realize what happened last night" - Turki Alalshikh shares personal opinion on Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury result 

Turki Alalshikh recently expressed his admiration for Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury following their boxing contest. Furthermore, Alalshikh announced that his Ring Magazine will soon host a boxing card in London and the United States.

Alalshikh, the chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, has changed the path of boxing in recent years by presenting combat sports fans with exciting boxing matchups. The most recent was the rematch between Usyk and Fury this past weekend at the Kingdon Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Usyk put on an impressive performance and successfully defended his WBC, WBA, and WBO heavyweight titles by securing a unanimous decision victory. Following the contest, Alalshikh took to X and became candid about the Usyk vs. Fury card, writing:

''I needed time to realize what happened last night and I will speak from my heart as a fan not as a person from Riyadh season team … in the fight between Usyk and Tyson , I counted that Usyk has 4 rounds more … that does not mean Tyson was performing bad no no no he gave us everything but let’s be honest Usyk one of the greatest boxers in this generation and he proved it with big names … and Tyson have a part in my heart and he is one of the important reasons that boxing is still keeping its legacy'.'

Alalshikh added by hinting at a Ring Magazine card in London and USA next year in February, writing:

''I am planning to do Ring Magazine card in London and USA to promote the magazine and u could watch it when u subscribe to the magazine...I hope you enjoyed last night event and I am excited to the card in Feb. ( The Fans are in my heart)''

Turki Alalshikh shares update on Oleksandr Usyk's next fight

Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury by unanimous decision, giving him a 2-0 lead over the British fighter. Notably, IBF champion Daniel Dubois interrupted Usyk's in-ring interview and called him out for a potential rematch.

In a recent interview with The Stomping Grounds following the contest, Turki Alalshikh revealed a rematch between Dubois and Usyk will be planned if the Brit defeats Joseph Parker next year.

''Next I want, if [Daniel] Dubois wins [against Joseph Parker] in February, I want to see Usyk and Dubois again.''

In their first meeting last year, Usyk secured a ninth-round knockout victory over Dubois, retaining the WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight titles in the process.
