“I probably hermit out more” - Tye Ruotolo says he and twin brother Kade are different people
Reigning and undisputed ONE welterweight submission grappling world champion Tye Ruotolo says he and twin brother Kade, the ONE lightweight submission grappling king, may look a like but are actually two different people.
The pair of 21-year-old BJJ black belts have varied approaches to living life, and it puts them each on a unique path on their fighting careers.
Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Tye says he is more of an introvert as compared to Kade, who is more outgoing.
The American star said:
"I probably hermit out more than Kade does. Kade enjoys making a lot of connections, sponsorship type of things. I like to hermit out a little bit. I’m outgoing, but when I’m at home, I’m happy. I think that’s the biggest difference."
Tye Ruotolo is set to lock horns with Jozef Chen in a 186-lb. non-title catchweight submission grappling contest at ONE Fight Night 23 on Prime Video.
The event broadcasts live from the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
