“I see the way he paints himself"- Magomed Ankalaev addresses ‘voodoo stuff’ claims against Alex Pereira 

UFC light heavyweight contender Magomed Ankalaev has addressed his comments about Alex Pereira possibly using sorcery for his fights. Anakalaev is set to compete on the upcoming UFC 308 card. Ahead of the event, the Dagestani had an interaction with the media.

During the interaction, Ankalaev was asked to elaborate on his comments about 'Poatan' possibly doing voodoo. The 32-year-old shared that it was small things about Pereira like the Brazilian painting his face during weigh-ins that led to his comments.

Ankalaev added that even if his claims about 'Poatan' were true, he was not bothered by it.

"Just because I see the way he paints himself, the way he kind of does these different things or whatever, maybe because of that, we based it on that. But that's not something specific... Even if it's there, it doesn't bother me because I don't care about it."
