"I did it step by step" - Kiamran Nabati says steady approach earned him the right to collide with 'legend' Nong-O
Kiamran Nabati believes a slow and steady approach has led him to a golden opportunity to face one of the biggest names in Muay Thai at ONE Friday Fights 81 on Sept. 27. The Russian slugger will duke it out with Nong-O Hama in a bantamweight Muay Thai joust inside the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
This marks his third contest on the global stage after a trio of fine displays against Suablack Tor Pran49, Avatar PK Saenchai and Pongsiri PK Saenchai. Before they throw down, the Archangel Michel martial artist shared his excitement and explained why he fully deserves his chance in an exclusive interview with the South China Morning Post.
He said:
"For me, I've been working to get to this fight for a long time. I did it step by step, and now, I'm coming to fight a legend in Nong-O. I'm so excited."
