“I taught him how to kick” - Sinsamut proud to give boxing champ Tyson Fury a lesson in ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’
Former ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title challenger Sinsamut Klinmee was extremely proud to share trade secrets with one of the most decorated boxers of this generation.
The Thai knockout artist recently shared his chance encounter with multi-time heavyweight champion Tyson Fury during the Brit's recent trip to Thailand.
While Sinsamut also has a background in boxing, he admits learning the intricacies of throwing a punch from 'The Gypsy King' himself felt like a religious experience.
In return, the Venum Training Camp star said he taught the hard-hitting champ some fundamentals of Muay Thai.
'Aquaman' told ONE Championship in an exclusive interview:
“I learned how to punch properly according to boxing principles. I also taught him how to kick, but not much. I didn’t want to bother him too much during his personal time.”
Judging by this clip above, it appears Sinsamut had the time of his life just being around the presence of Fury.
For sure, the 36-year-old legend also appreciates the Thai warrior's punch-heavy arsenal, which resulted in many incredible knockout victories inside the ONE ring.
Sinsamut returns to action at ONE Fight Night 25
Things didn't go Sinsamut's way in his last match, losing via knockout to fellow heavy-hitter Dmitry Menshikov at ONE Fight Night 22 last May.
'Aquaman' can right that wrong on October 4, when he welcomes Youssef Assouik to the promotion at ONE Fight Night 25: Nicolas vs Eersel II on Prime Video inside 'The Mecca of Muay Thai' Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Sinsamut, of course, wants to prove he's still a legitimate contender in the 170-pound Muay Thai ranks.
For sure, the Thai headhunter will look for another highlight reel-worthy finish at ONE Fight Night 25. The full event will air live in US Primetime free of charge for Prime Video subscribers in North America
