"I want to make sure I'm well-balanced" - Explosive Aung La N Sang gears up for battle in pivotal clash with Shamil Erdogan

Aung La N Sang is no stranger to putting himself through a fight camp in order to prepare for battle inside the circle. The ONE Championship veteran knows exactly what he needs to do in order to perform at his best.

With that in mind, he's making sure to leave no stone unturned ahead of his long-awaited return at ONE 168 on September 6.

The last time that fans saw 'The Burmese Python' in action, he was putting on a show at ONE's debut event in the United States last year.

Aung La was able to stop Fan Rong in the second round, and now he wants to make it back-to-back wins in Colorado with his next outing against the undefeated Shamil Erdogan.

In a recent YouTube video, he spoke about his preparations for this fight and his focus on bringing the best version of himself to the Ball Arena in Denver:

"I want everything to be technically sharp and technically sound. I want to make sure I'm well-balanced and, very important, is that I want to be able to be explosive. I want to be able to explode in any second of the fight."

Aung La N Sang looks to continue this resurgence

Aung La N Sang is far too experienced to get ahead of himself, but he also knows that time is ticking down.

At 39 years old, this could be the last run of his career, but he's riding some serious momentum following three stoppage wins.

Handing Erdogan his first loss could put the former champion back into the title mix, especially if he's able to pull off another finish.

One thing you can always guarantee with Aung La is that the fans will show up to support him on September 6, so it's a must-watch regardless.

Tickets for ONE 168: Denver are available via Ticketmaster.
