'The Jaguar' is set to take the ring at ONE Fight Night 23 on July 5 at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. He will battle No. 4 contender Hiroba Minowa of Japan.
Both fighters have hit a rough patch of late and have both lost three straight. As a result, they'll be in search of victory and look to turn things around.
In an interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Jeremy Miado opened up about his thoughts on his upcoming fight and the need to come out victorious.
The Albay, Philippines native said:
"I know Minowa's gonna come in hungry and he wants to redeem himself [after losing his last three fights]. Like me, I'm also coming off three straight defeats so I want to prove to myself that I'm a true contender in this division. I'm sure he feels the same way. I expect he'll go all out as well."
