"I will find the opening" - Prajanchai believes he can breach Jonathan Di Bella's defenses and land the killing blow
Jonathan Di Bella has pretty much been an unsolvable puzzle for all his past foes, but Prajanchai PK Saenchai believes he found the solution.
This coming Friday, June 28, these two world-class strikers will duke it out for five rounds if necessary, for the vacant ONE strawweight kickboxing world title in the curtain closer of ONE Friday Fights 68: Prajanachai vs Di Bella.
In an interview with the promotion ahead of this colossal slugfest, Prajanchai admits Di Bella's length and height superiority, on top of his immaculate skills, will make him a tough nut to crack.
Still, the Thai finisher is confident he can bypass the Italian-Canadian's fortified defenses and uncork his punishing blows.
The strawweight Muay Thai king said:
"I have the size disadvantage against Jonathan Di Bella, so I will avoid trading. But I will try to find the opening to knock Jonathan Di Bella out."
Di Bella, the former strawweight kickboxing champ, remains perfect in 12 career matches. This includes magnificent victories over Zhang Peimian and Danial Williams under the ONE banner.
Then again, Prajanchai brings forth a whirling dervish of destructive power, as we've seen in his one-round title-clinching performance against Joseph Lasiri last December.

Prajanchai reacts to Jonathan Di Bella losing his title on the scales
Prajanchai and Jonathan Di Bella's date with destiny was supposed to take place last April. Unfortunately, the undefeated Di Bella fell ill hours into the bout.
This resulted in him missing hydration, getting stripped of the world title, and eventually bowing out of the match altogether.
With their bout rebooked, Prajanchai had this to say about his opponent's mishap:
"Jonathan will feel more pressure than me because he used to say that he stands at the top. I replied that it would hurt more if you fall. I think he realized what I meant from the last time. He didn't lose to me, he lost to himself, and he just fell from the top."
