"In over her head" - Michael Bisping shares his take on "least popular PM ever" Liz Truss
Former UFC champion Michael Bisping does not appear to be a huge fan of the newly appointed Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Liz Truss.
Bisping has never been one to hold back on his thoughts. MMA fans saw another recent example of this in one of his interactions on social media.
'The Count' was asked for his thoughts on the new PM on Twitter. Bisping responded by noting Truss' early struggles and her developing unpopularity.
"Seems like she’s in over her head. Certainly not going well and statistically the least popular PM ever I heard on sky news today."
Liz Truss is a British politician who leads the conservative party in the United Kingdom. On September 5, she replaced Boris Johnson as the country's new Prime Minister.
This is not the first time Bisping has shared his political views with the public. At the time of Boris Johnson's exit from Government, 'The Count' called him a "fool" on his Believe You Me podcast.
Michael Bisping weighs in on the 'greatest UFC lightweight' debate
Khabib Nurmagomedov is hailed by many as the greatest lightweight fighter to ever grace the UFC octagon. However, according to Michael Bisping, that could change at UFC 280.
Michael Bisping believes that if Charles Oliveira manages to beat Islam Makhachev for the lightweight belt on October 3, 'Do Bronx' will surpass Nurmagomedov as the greatest 155lber in UFC history.
In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, the Englishman said:
"At the top of the food chain, the king is Khabib... But is he the best? Is he really? [Or] is Charles Oliveira in fact the greatest lightweight of all time, because he might just be... If Islam Makhachev beats Charles Oliveira, this conversation doesn't even matter... Who is the GLOAT? [greatest lightweight of all time) Who gets to gloat?... I think if Charles beats Islam this weekend, I think that belongs to Charles now. I really do, I think he will have surpassed him, simply because he's taking out all the top contenders... You cannot deny the numbers, the momentum, the history that Oliveira's making."

If Oliviera manages to get past Makhachev at UFC 280, he will have defeated every fighter currently ranked in the top five of the lightweight division.
With a possible 12-fight win streak, too, the Brazilian could make a solid argument for being the greatest lightweight to have fought in the UFC.
