IN PHOTOS: Conor McGregor parties with alleged ex-mobster with a month remaining before Michael Chandler fight
Conor McGregor recently celebrated former mob boss Michael Franzese's birthday at his famous Black Forge Inn pub in Ireland. The Irishman seemingly painted the town red with his guests and shared some pictures with the former caporegime of the Colombo crime family, a leading motivational speaker and writer today.
McGregor is set to make his long-awaited return to action against Michael Chandler at UFC 303 on June 29 during the promotion's annual International Fight Week celebrations. The event will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Seemingly taking a break from his training regime, the Irishman hosted Franzese and his family at the Black Forge Inn and heartily partook in the birthday jubilee.
'The Notorious' recently posted pictures of the birthday celebrations on Instagram and wrote in the caption:
"Happy birthday @michaelfranzese_ #topearner."
The photos showed a dapper-looking McGregor living it up with the Franzese, his wife Camille, and daughter Julia. McGregor's partner, Dee Devlin, was also by his side and accompanied him to the party.

McGregor immersed himself in the occasion and was seen letting his hair down to enjoy the party. The Irishman seemingly hit the dance floor with Black Forge Inn patrons to enjoy some music and have some fun. Unsurprisingly, 'The Notorious' showed off a bottle of his Proper No.12 whisky while grooving on the dance floor.

McGregor and Franzese also took some time to pose together for photos in a more private setting. The two suited-up men posed with a wall full of Proper No.12 whisky bottles in the background.
