In Photos: Ilia Topuria shows off chiseled physique in intense workout in the sun
UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria recently showed off he is in fighting shape after sharing a series of snaps from his latest workout in the Spanish sun.
Topuria claimed the 145-pound title in stunning fashion back in February at UFC 298. 'El Matador' faced Alexander Volkanovski and shocked fans by finishing the Australian in the second after landing a heavy combination of punches.
Despite picking up the title five months ago, the 28-year-old has yet to secure an opponent for his first title defense. However, Volkanovski is currently taking some time away from the sport and whilst Max Holloway is all but guaranteed to be at the top of the pile, Topuria has been seemingly dismissive about their potential clash.
Although Topuria's future remains unclear as to who he will be defending his featherweight belt against, the Georgian-Spaniard has shown off that he is more than ready to hop straight into a fight camp with a series of photos on Instagram.
The 28-year-old was pictured undergoing a workout at his home in Spain, proving there is no rest for the wicked, even if you're the champ. He captioned the post:
"Good vibes for everyone ❤️"

Ilia Topuria hits back at Sean O'Malley for questioning his pound-for-pound ranking
Ilia Topuria is leaning into his villain arc after the Georgian-Spaniard had some stern words for men's bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley.
'Sugar' recently took to X to question the UFC's latest pound-for-pound rankings, which has seen him place at No.6 in the update and Topuria one spot ahead of him at No.5.
O'Malley took issue with the rankings, considering he has a title defense and the featherweight champ doesn't. He tweeted:
"How's Ilia higher on p4p? Lesd title defense and 5 inches short. Plz explain."
Topuria then wasted no time in firing back, taking aim at O'Malley's appearance. He responded:
"Another hater, but this one is ugly as f**k."
The beef between the pair doesn't appear to be letting up either as the two have previously expressed an interest in facing one another. After defending his 135-pound title against Marlon 'Chito' Vera at UFC 299, O'Malley admitted he was open to stepping up and facing Topuria in the near future.
