In Photos: Nate Diaz mingles with with Ice Cube, Stephen Jackson and Big Boy at star-studded BIG3 basketball game
MMA superstar Nate Diaz recently crossed paths wth rapper and actor Ice Cube. Diaz was in attendance for a star-studded BIG3 basketball game where he met several prominent figures.
This included Ice Cube and his son O'Shea Jackson Jr., former basketball player Stephen Jackson and radio host Big Boy. Diaz uploaded a post to his Instagram account that included pictures with these individuals.

Diaz was recently seen in action on July 6 when he locked horns against Jorge Masvidal in a boxing match. The fight consisted of 10 rounds and took place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
The bout was a highly competitive affair where both fighters threw a very high volume of strikes. The contest eventually went the 30-minute distance and the Stockton native was declared the winner via a majority decision. The three judges scored the bout 98-92, 95-95 and 97-93 in favor of Diaz.
Nate Diaz speaks about his career priorities after the Jorge Masvidal fight
After his winning boxing showdown against Jorge Masvidal, Nate Diaz expressed interest in a rematch against current UFC welterweight king Leon Edwards at the post-fight press conference.
Diaz shared that at the moment, he was more focused on improving his fighting credentials than having "fun fights." He said:
"I would like to get a win against Leon Edwards, who's the best fighter in the world right now at 170 [pounds]... That's something major who's going to bring something that I can take and put in a credential box. That's what I'm going for. I'm not playing for no f**king fun fights cause that's no fun."

Diaz and Edwards faced off at UFC 263 in June, 2021. The fight was a five-round affair that went the distance. In the end, 'Rocky' was declared the winner by unanimous decision, despite suffering a scare in the final few moments of the fight.
