Nunes' video came after Julianna Pena called her out for a fight after winning the title again at UFC 307.
The video has led to many MMA fans speculating whether the Brazilian could be returning to the octagon soon.
Nunes is hailed by many as the greatest women's athlete to ever compete in the UFC. During her active days in the promotion, 'The Lioness' used to reign over both the bantamweight and featherweight divisions.
The 36-year-old has been a part of 18 UFC fights and has gotten her hand raised in 16 of them. During her UFC run, Nunes defeated several prominent names like Valentina Shevchenko, Cat Zingano, Ronda Rousey, Cris Cyborg, Germaine de Randamie, Miesha Tate, Raquel Pennington, Holly Holm, Megan Anderson and Irene Aldana.
Nunes was last seen in action in June 2023 when she locked horns against Aldana at UFC 289. The event was held at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. The bout was a one-sided affair that ended with a unanimous decision victory for 'The Lioness'.
After the victory, Nunes announced her retirement from the sport.
What did Julianna Pena say about Amanda Nunes at UFC 307?
Julianna Pena went up against Raquel Pennington for the bantamweight belt at UFC 307 on Oct. 5. 'The Venezuelan Vixen' edged out a split decision victory to capture the title.
Pena then spoke to Joe Rogan for her post-fight octagon interview and expressed interest in a trilogy bout against Amanda Nunes. She claimed that a third encounter between the two would result in a big box-office draw:
"What I'd really like is for Amanda Nunes to quit ducking and come back inside this octagon and let's settle it. We're 1-1, that would be the greatest fight in mixed martial arts history, in the bantamweight division, that the sport has ever seen."

Pena and Nunes first fought at UFC 269, where the 35-year-old pulled off an upset and dethroned 'The Lioness'. Nunes then managed to avenge her loss in their second encounter at UFC 277.
