“It couldn’t be bigger” - Freddie Haggerty says big brother Jonathan Haggerty has the chance to even the score with Superlek

English Muay Thai sensation Freddie Haggerty can't wait to watch older brother, reigning ONE bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world champion 'The General' Jonathan Haggerty, go some more rounds with Thai rival Superlek Kiatmoo9.

Haggerty and Superlek are set to throw down next month at the upcoming ONE 168: Denver card, and it's a rematch of their 2018 encounter. Then outside of ONE Championship, Superlek defeated 'The General' by stopping the Englishman with an elbow and a cut.

Freddie believes their ONE 168 rematch serves as the perfect opportunity for his older brother to even the score.

He told ONE Championship:

"Personally, I think the first fight was stopped in the most pathetic way. It was the tiniest cut on Jon. You could’ve put a plaster over it, it was so little. But for him to work back to this point, to grow so much, and to have the chance to even the scores, it couldn’t be bigger."

Jonathan Haggerty is now a two-sport king in ONE Championship, and it's Superlek on the come up, looking to beat 'The General' once again.

Will it happen? Fans won't have to wait long to find out.
