"It improves my game tenfold" - Adrian Lee says having world champion siblings is such a big blessing
Adrian Lee may still be very young in his career but he's able to learn second-hand experience from those around him. It's important for any martial artist still in the early stages of their journey to have good people around him and Lee can find that very close to home.
As the youngest of the Lee siblings, Adrian has grown up watching his older brother and sister achieve great things in MMA.
Angela Lee made history when she became the atomweight MMA world champion at a young age and carried the title as a superstar for many years before retiring last year.
Christian, who is still active in his career with many years left, is currently holding world championships in two weight classes ahead of his long-awaited return at ONE 169.
Not to mention his other sister, the late Victoria Lee who will always be remembered as a fantastic prospect with a heart of gold.
Ahead of the second pro fight of his career at ONE 168 on Sept. 6, Adrian spoke in an interview with 4oz to Freedom about how beneficial it is for him to have grown up on the mats alongside world champions:
"I'm truly so lucky and grateful to have such accomplished athletes as siblings, you know. They've accomplished so much in the sport, just being able to train with them every day, it improves my game tenfold."

Having world champions as siblings also means that there is a lot of pressure on Adrian Lee but he does what he can to avoid this.
The lightweight MMA prospect already got his pro debut out of the way at ONE 167 where he dominantly submitted Antonio Mammarella.
Now he looks to earn a second win on another of the year's biggest events when he faces Nico Cornejo at the Ball Arena in Denver.
Lee is still learning a lot and evolving in his career but with his family by his side, he's doing it at a fast rate.
