Jake Paul is lying about Floyd Mayweather altercation, claims the latter's jeweler and close friend

According to Floyd Mayweather's close friend and jeweler, his altercation with Jake Paul went much differently than reported.

Earlier this month, 'The Problem Child' and 'Money' attended a Miami Heat basketball game. However, it wasn't the action on the court that made headlines, instead, it was what transpired outside the venue.

As the YouTuber was outside, he was confronted by the former champion and his entourage. For those familiar with Mayweather and his team, you know that means that there were a lot of people with him. Meanwhile, Paul was reportedly only with one bodyguard.

Things quickly spun out of control with the two. Paul claimed that he was almost jumped by Mayweather's team and that he did nothing to start the altercation. While the boxing legend has stayed quiet on the subject, his jeweler and close friend has now spoken on his behalf.

In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Shuki International discussed the altercation between Floyd Mayweather and Jake Paul. According to the jeweler, the YouTuber is massively overexaggerating the event.

"Jake is exaggerating. We just finished the game, pulled out, and Jake was there. Floyd was with his eight bodyguards. And [Jake] just run like a rabbit. I think he's got to apologize. He's gotta do the right thing. He's gotta respect the world champion... He has to do the right thing."

Floyd Mayweather's friend hints altercations with Jake Paul will continue

While Shuki International stated that Jake Paul was exaggerating, that doesn't mean they won't see him again.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, Floyd Mayweather's jeweler discussed the run-in with 'The Problem Child'. There, he stated that 'Money' didn't have nearly as many people with him, and if Paul had apologized for their prior encounter in 2021, this wouldn't have happened.

Along with that, the jeweler seemed to hint that the YouTuber should issue an apology to the legend. If Paul doesn't, he could expect more altercations, such as the one that happened at the Miami Heat game earlier this month. He reasoned that when you disrespect someone of Mayweather's stature, there will be problems.

"He's disrespecting, and you don't disrespect someone with a big respect around the world. It's Floyd, you know what I mean? It would make for a great fight, especially when Floyd knocks him out. Finish him Floyd!"
