Jake Paul reflects on shark encounter while filming commercial with Sean O'Malley: "You realize that men aren't so tough"

Jake Paul has reflected on the terrifying scenario that involved him and Sean O'Malley encountering a shark whilst filming a new commercial.

Earlier this year, Paul and O'Malley confirmed they had gone into business together. The company, named 'W', manufactures their own men's personal care products, such as antiperspirant deodorant, body wash and body spray. The duo have also struck an exclusive deal with Walmart, which will be the only place the products will be available for customers.

Following the announcement of their company, both Paul and O'Malley have spent recent weeks regularly sharing promotional pictures and videos. It hasn't all gone smoothly, however, as both men recently faced their own mortality whilst filming an advert for 'W'.

The pair were shooting the ad on a beach in Miami, which involved them hopping into the ocean and floating on rubber rings. Panic quickly set in though, as whilst filming the ad, a shark appeared right next to both Sean O'Malley and Jake Paul.

Both men got away from the incident unharmed, but were shaken up. 'The Problem Child' then reflected on the shark encounter during a recent interview with The Schmo.

According to Paul, the experience had him realize he's maybe not as tough as he previously thought. He said:

"At first I thought I was gonna be tough as I thought it was a dolphin but then I realised it was a bull shark. I freaked out. You realise that men aren't so tough and at the end of the day, shark's in the ocean will bite your leg off."

Jake Paul claims Dana White will offer Mike Perry a new UFC contract if he knocks him out

The tensions between Jake Paul and Mike Perry are running high, as Jake Paul has accused Perry's former employer, Dana White, of plotting for his downfall.

Paul is set to meet Perry inside the squared circle this weekend, after 'Platinum' stepped in following Mike Tyson's withdrawal. The pair then recently engaged in a final face-off before the bout, with which 'The Problem Child' had some stern words for his opponent and the UFC president.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani on the stage of the face-off, Jake Paul said:

"He flew like six feet. But look, Dana White said that he's going to give him [Perry] a UFC contract if he can knock me out. Well, guess what Dana, you can rip up the f*****g contract because I'm going to f**k up Mike Perry. Anyone you send at me, any one of your MMA fighters is getting f****d up. They've been trying to assassinate me, they don't want me in this sport. They hate that I run this sport, but when you try to assassinate a guy like me it only makes me bigger."
