Jake Paul shares eye-opening reaction to Conor McGregor's push for Logan Paul fight in India: "Conor is washed. Needs the Paul's"
UFC star Conor McGregor has intimated on social media that he is angling for a boxing bout with Logan Paul in 2025 and Jake Paul has responded. Not many would have thought Logan Paul would emerge as a potential opponent for the Irishman's comeback. However, 'The Notorious' claims he's in preliminary agreements for this bout.
The details for this prospective prizefight are tied to the affluent Ambani family who are reportedly ready to fund a bout between the first UFC simultaneous two-division champion and the former WWE US titleholder in India. This caught the attention of many because the elder Paul brother who is more active in boxing, has been campaigning for years to fight McGregor.
'The Problem Child' responded to this development on his personal X page. Jake Paul wrote:
"Now it all makes sense why Conor McGregor & his management team have been desperately trying to get MVP to negotiate for a fight between us."
He further added:
"As we told them them privately & I'm now saying it publicly...the only way we're willing to explore me vs Conor in a pro boxing/ MMA fight is if Dana White/ UFC are at the table directly or make it clear they are ok with discussions. Conor is washed. Needs the Paul's. Logan by however he wants."

Conor McGregor and Logan Paul: the latter responds
Initially, Conor McGregor had rumours surrounding him about a fight with UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria which the Irish combatant claimed were not true shortly before he began negotiating Logan Paul's boxing bout.
The 36-year-old has not stepped into the boxing ring since his massive contest with Floyd Mayweather that McGregor took when he was still the reigning UFC lightweight champion. Curiously enough, Mayweather is a mutual opponent of both McGregor and Paul.
'Money' Mayweather took on Paul in an exhibition boxing bout years after his final professional contest against McGregor. While the influencer boxer technically has more of a public boxing record than McGregor having fought against names like KSI, Paul's only win within the sweet science has come by a disqualification.
This took place against Dillon Danis as a response to the former Bellator MMA star looking to use MMA techniques during their boxing contest before the DQ verdict and things got calamitous.
'The Notorious' could be intrigued by the Logan Paul bout because of the bad blood-filled boxing bout with 'El Jefe' and the fact he's close to McGregor for years.
The Dublin native has since received a succinct response from Logan Paul which was an emoji of two eyeballs that playfully hint there may be some traction underpinning this rumoured bout.
