Jake Paul shares honest feelings about "annoying" Mike Tyson fight with brother Logan Paul: "He was surviving"

Jake Paul recently expressed his disappointment with Mike Tyson's performance during their fight last month. Paul went on to say that Tyson's attacks didn't bother him as he continued his criticism.

Despite the criticism of many in the combat sports community, Paul faced Tyson in a heavyweight contest on Nov. 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. With everyone expecting a furious fight, the bout was lackluster since neither boxer inflicted much damage to the other and the fight went the distance.

Paul was proclaimed the winner via unanimous decision after eight rounds of action.

During an episode of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Jake spoke to his elder brother Logan Paul and discussed his matchup with Tyson. The celebrity YouTuber-turned-boxer voiced his displeasure with Tyson, claiming that the legendary boxer didn't contribute anything to their fight.

''I wish he would have like, put up a better fight so then I could have like risen more and done more and like, he was surviving and that was the only thing I didn't like.

This prompted a reaction from Logan, who said:

''So annoying when they don't bring the fight to you but he [Tyson] got you with a couple punches. How did they feel?''

In response, 'The Problem Child' said Tyson's punches didn't cause any trouble.

''Nothing, didn't feel a thing to be honest...it didn't hurt, he didn't really land anything...even the one he landed I saw it coming.''

Paul improved his record to 11-1 following his win over Tyson. Their fight was the first-ever live combat sports event to be streamed on Netflix. The platform later disclosed that it had been the most streamed global event, with over 108 million live viewers.

Matchroom Boxing CEO wants Jake Paul to face Wladimir Klitschko or Tony Bellew

One of the critics of Jake Paul's boxing endeavor is the CEO of Matchroom Boxing Frank Smith, who recently commended Paul for being an entertainer.

Smith talked about Paul's upcoming opponents in an interview with The Stomping Ground, saying he would prefer the 27-year-old to take on Tony Bellew or Wladimir Klitschko next.

''I would rather see Klitschko vs. Jake Paul [next]. Imagine the job Klitschko would do on Jake Paul. Bellew, that would [also] be a great fight. Bellew would absolutely destroy him. All respect to Paul though for what he's done. He's an entertainer, it's like WWE. It's not real boxing. Let's be honest, but respect for what he's done as a business."
