Jake Peacock showcases highlight reel of best fight moments to hype up his return at ONE 169: Atlanta
Limb different Muay Thai fighter 'The One' Jake Peacock of Canada and the United Kingdom is getting ready to make his return to the world's largest martial arts organization. Anyone who has not seen him fight yet will finally get the chance to do so.
To say that Peacock is a unique fighter is an understatement. 'The One' competes in the professional Muay Thai ranks, in a discipline known as 'the art of eight limbs'.
But what separates Peacock from the pack is the fact that he was born with a handicap, a limb difference that is the result of the amniotic band wrapping around his forearm while in his mother's womb. His right arm is cut off at the elbow.
This would appear to be a massive disadvantage in combat sports, but Peacock's hard work and determination have allowed him to develop a Muay Thai style that is highly effective, even for competing among the world's best in ONE Championship.
Check out this recent highlight reel of his performances in ONE Championship that he posted on Instagram.
Needless to say, Peacock has certainly begun to make a name for himself as a capable fighter, and a dangerous matchup for anyone in the promotion.
