Jamahal Hill promises to remind Alex Pereira of devastating KO feeling once again amid intensifying social media back-and-forth
Jamahal Hill recently issued a warning to his former foe Alex Pereira as their social media feud escalated once again. It doesn't appear as though the beef between them was squashed following UFC 300 as they continue trading jibes on social media.
'Poatan' earned a first-round knockout over 'Sweet Dreams' to retain his light heavyweight championship at the milestone event and they seemed cordial with each other. But, their personal feelings toward one another appeared to shift in recent weeks as Pereira clapped back when Hill posted about defeating his coach Glover Teixeira in Brazil last year.
The social media feud reached another level after the former light heavyweight champion warned 'Poatan' for what awaits him when they meet inside the octagon again. MMA Orbit posted a screenshot of Hill's recent Instagram story, where he mentioned that he intends to finish Pereira in spectacular fashion along with a photo from his knockout loss to Israel Adesanya. He wrote:
"@alexpoatanpereira. Funny only one of us had been knocked unconscious needing oxygen and multiple people's help to wake with your toes curled! Don't worry, I'll remind you of that feeling again very soon!"

What led to Jamahal Hill's fiery response to Alex Pereira?
Despite having a fight booked against Carlos Ulberg at UFC 303 later this month, Jamahal Hill has been engaging in a back-and-forth with Alex Pereira on social media.
The aforementioned warning came after the reigning light heavyweight champion took a jibe at 'Sweet Dreams' regarding the result of their fight at UFC 300. During a recent interview with Main Event TV, Pereira mentioned that Hill's comments could be a result of the knockout. He wrote:
"People usually do that right away, but maybe he just woke up from the knockout."
