Jeff Novitzky shares hilarious comment from Nate Diaz ahead of knee replacement surgery
Nate Diaz is notorious for his cannabis use and is a known advocate for the drug.
The Stockton native is a fan of 'getting high' and uploaded a video in August of a USADA testing agent at his house while he smoked a blunt before providing a urine sample.
Jeff Novitzky, who spearheads the USADA drug testing program for the UFC, recently had total knee replacement surgery. Novitzky posted a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed on Instagram, and Diaz commented on the post, requesting that Novitzky get drugged up.
According to Novitzky, it could be his "favorite Instagram comment of all time":
"Total knee replacement surgery today and @NateDiaz209 may have posted my favorite IG comment of all time"

Nate Diaz is a fan-favorite for both his fighting ability and his personality. With many iconic moments on the microphone, Diaz's nonchalant attitude has endeared him to the fans.
His use of cannabis almost got him in trouble with USADA following his fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 202 in 2016. Diaz was seen smoking a CBD vape at his post-fight press conference, but the USADA rule regarding CBD was that a fighter could only consume CBD four hours or more after their fight.
Jeff Novitzky was notified that the Stockton native had violated a rule, to which he replied that the rule was not intended for situations like that. Following the incident, the rule was changed, and CBD is now okay to use anytime.
Nate Diaz and Dustin Poirier trade words online
Nate Diaz was recently removed from the UFC roster, which officially called time on his UFC career for the time being.
But it seems that Dustin Poirier is still interested in a fight with the Stockton native, after he invited Diaz to return to the UFC for 'one last fight'.
'The Diamond' and Conor McGregor were initially trading words on Twitter before Nate Diaz stepped in to remind the pair about their respective knockout losses.
Poirier and McGregor traded insults whilst hinting at a possible fourth fight before Diaz quote-tweeted them both. The former UFC fighter wrote:
"You both get knocked out all the time"

Dustin Poirier replied to Diaz's tweet, stating:
"Come back for 1 fight and I'll beat the s**t outta you bruh @NateDiaz209"

Nate Diaz and Dustin Poirier were meant to fight in 2018, but 'The Diamond' was forced to pull out of the contest due to an injury.
It is well known that Poirier is eager to fight Diaz, and with the Stockton native not ruling out a possible UFC return, a matchup between the two bonafide stars could be organized in the future.
