Jeremy Pacatiw impressed by Demetrious Johnson’s ground game
'The Juggernaught' Jeremy Pacatiw is looking forward to the main of ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video featuring 'Mighty Mouse' Demetrious Johnson against 'Mikinho' Adriano Moraes.
It will be a trilogy showdown for the flyweight crown. Both Johnson and Moraes have defeated the other by way of knee-strike knockout. They will soon have their final chapter on May 5 at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado. The event will be fought and broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video, which will be free for subscribers in North America.
On discussing Johnson vs. Moraes, ONE Championship veteran fighter Jeremy Pacatiw broke down the matchup in a discussion with Bong Lozada of The MMA Superfan:
"Both have knockout wins, I feel that this will be a striking match. But we know that Moraes’ style is on the ground, so I feel that he’ll put ‘Mighty Mouse’ on the ground. However, we saw in their second fight that even though ‘Mighty Mouse’ was in the bottom position, he was still the one dealing the damage. He really knows what he’s doing, he’s really a mighty guy."
The dangerous ONE Championship fighter added:
“Maybe Moraes should avoid getting controlled so he can throw his shots whenever they’re on the ground. Then yeah, find a way to stop the pressure that Demetrious is giving.”
The skills of 'Mighty Mouse' Demetrious Johnson truly make him one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time. His ONE flyweight world championship is a jewel in the crown of his impressive legacy.
