Jim Miller issues interesting call out to fellow vet who made heads turn at UFC Tampa: "I'm a huge fan of his"
Jim Miller recently issued an interesting call out to a fellow veteran competitor who turned heads with his incredible performance last weekend at UFC Tampa. The veteran lightweight appears to be interested in a bout materializing, especially considering he holds him in very high regard.
'A-10' currently holds the records for most wins in the UFC, with 27, as well as the most bouts in the promotion, with 45. Despite his age, Miller has remained active and competitive inside the octagon and has gone 3-1 in his last four bouts.
Another veteran that has caught his attention is Cub Swanson, who earned an impressive knockout win over Billy Quarantillo as well as a post-fight bonus for Fight of the Night. While speaking to MMA Junkie, Miller heaped praise on Swanson and expressed interest in fighting him despite competing in different weight classes:
"I am a huge, huge fan of Cub Swanson. I would love to fight that guy. I know he'd be coming up in weight class. I think it'd be a fight that would get some draw. [Swanson] is super dangerous. If there's time on the clock, he's fighting hard, like, he's not giving up. I'm a huge fan of his. I would love that fight. I don't know what his schedule looks like, I don't know what his body's like." [18:26]

Jim Miller says he will be open to fighting whoever the UFC offers him
Despite expressing interest in a bout against Cub Swanson, Jim Miller said he will still be open to fighting whoever the UFC offers him.
During the aforementioned interview, Miller recalled past fights falling through and noted that it is the reason why he doesn't get disappointed when his opponent changes. He mentioned that he will be prepared for any opponent the UFC offers and still believes he has a few more fights left at the age of 41.
"Just tell me when and where and I'll be there. And whoever you get to show up and stand across from me in the octagon, I'll fight. Whether it's a guy making his debut, like I've had a few of, or...UFC veteran, which I've had a few of, let's do it." [19:50]
