Joe Rogan and Chris Harris are blown away by sheer size of Japanese Spider Crab - "Jesus Christ, that's insane"
UFC color commentator Joe Rogan recently hosted British automotive journalist Chris Harris on his podcast. The pair delved into a variety of topics, where Harris discussed the challenges and personal experiences related to working on Top Gear and the evolution and impact of electric vehicles versus internal combustion engines.
During the conversation on The Joe Rogan Experience, Harris directed the UFC analyst's focus to Japanese Spider Crabs, a species of marine crab that lives in the waters around Japan. Harris said:
"I'd always sit and read when my parents were doing other stuff and it had an article about these giant spider crabs and there was just one picture of in a tank. Its legs are like 7 ft. apart or something. It stayed with me for years.
Rogan was blown away by the sheer size of the crabs and replied:
"Jesus Christ that's insane, that's so big. I had no idea that there was a crab that's longer than a human being. Absolutely disgraceful!"

Joe Rogan weighs in on Mike Tyson's upcoming clash against Jake Paul
Joe Rogan recently weighed in on Mike Tyson's scheduled boxing encounter against YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul. They were initially booked to lock horns in July but Tyson pulled out of the contest based on medical advice after suffering an ulcer flare-up.
The fight will now take place on Nov. 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. A high-stakes rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano will serve as the co-feature bout. Joe Rogan weighed in on the clash during a recent episode of his podcast with UFC welterweight champion Belal Muhammad. Speaking about the Tyson vs. Paul clash, he said:
"I wish he didn't do it. I wish it wasn't a thing. I wish it wasn't a thing where a 58-year-old guy was going to fight a 28-year-old. That said, I fully support his desire to do it. What, is he going to live forever? No, he's not going to live forever. Maybe he wants one more shot at it. Maybe his body can do one more fight. I don't know." [H/t: MMA Junkie]
Rogan added:
"It’s not like he doesn’t know how to put his knuckles on your face. The question is how much does he have left in his body? (58 years old) today is not 58 when I was 21. It’s a different 58, especially if they’re not testing him.”
