Joe Rogan defends Elon Musk against criticism about his intelligence: "One of those guys that sees the hottest woman in the world and goes pfft"
Joe Rogan has come to the defense of Elon Musk amid widespread criticism questioning the tech billionaire’s intelligence. On a recent episode of The Tim Dillon Show, Rogan expressed disbelief at detractors dismissing Musk’s intellect.
He said:
"This is where you can see how crazy people are today, when they try to mock Elon's intelligence. I've heard he's a 'dumb person's version of a smart person'. Okay, what does your version look like? It's like one of those guys that sees the hottest woman in the world and goes pfft."
Rogan’s remarks highlighted Musk’s accomplishments in fields like space exploration and artificial intelligence, which he believes speak for themselves.
Dillon supported Rogan’s perspective and said:
"It's like trying to say Trump isn't funny. What are you talking about? True maturity is if you don't like someone, you still have to recognize that person has a value even if you're personally repulsed by them."

Joe Rogan critiques Elon Musk’s stance on UAPs
Joe Rogan has weighed in on Elon Musk’s skepticism toward Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), suggesting that the tech mogul’s association with SpaceX, valued at $350 billion, might explain his cautious approach.
During episode #2244 of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan and guest Ryan Graves discussed Musk’s pivotal role in the future of space exploration and his potential involvement in addressing a hypothetical UAP crisis. Graves even proposed Musk as the ideal candidate to lead a task force in the event of a space invasion.
However, Rogan expressed doubts about Musk’s openness to the subject, noting the billionaire’s dismissive remarks about UFOs:
"Elon is oddly sly about this stuff [believing in UFOs and all]. You know, he outwardly dismisses UFOs. He says, 'Well, if they are there, they are very subtle'. I just feel like with his contracts with NASA and being involved in SpaceX, he can't talk crazy [about his stance on UFOs]. He can talk so much crazy about other stuff, but when it's [about] this, you know, f**king multi- multi-billion dollar company that he runs [SpaceX], I don't think he can f**k around."
