Joe Rogan finally announces his presidential pick between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris for 2024 U.S. elections
Joe Rogan finally revealed his pick for the 2024 U.S. Presidential elections. The famous podcast host has firmly thrown his weight behind Donald Trump and announced his endorsement in a recent social media post.
In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast with Tesla CEO Elon Musk (JRE #2223), the two discussed a variety of topics, with the upcoming elections being the highlight of their conversation. Sharing the full podcast episode on X, Rogan revealed that he agreed with Musk's points and wrote:
"The great and powerful @elonmusk. If it wasn't for him, we'd be fucked. He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you'll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that's an endorsement of Trump. Enjoy the podcast."
While Rogan had previously resisted having Trump on his podcast, the two finally sat down for an extended conversation on the JRE show last month. While Harris was also sent an invite, she seemingly couldn't make it due to scheduling conflicts.
Joe Rogan on YouTube allegedly censoring Donald Trump interview on JRE
Soon after Joe Rogan's podcast episode with Donald Trump went live on streaming platforms, it was taken off YouTube due to some technical issues. However, they re-uploaded the full video shortly after after fixing whatever went wrong.
In the aftermath, many were upset at the streaming giant allegedly sabotaging the episode potentially going viral, and some even accused them of shadow-banning the video.
In a recent episode of Rogan's podcast with Francis Foster and Konstantin Kisin (#2220), he spoke about Elon Musk being upset at the same and contacting Spotify's CEO. He said:
"Well, what's interesting is something happened. I'm sure it was a mistake at YouTube, where you couldn't search for it. I'm sure it was a mistake, there is no way that was on purpose [Rogan said comically]... In the meantime, Elon [Musk] was furious. So Elon contacted Daniel Ek [CEO] at Spotify, and they put it on X as well. So now it's on X. Now it has way more views."
