Joe Rogan humorously mocks and imitates President Joe Biden: "The guy locks up like Windows 95"

Popular MMA and media personality Joe Rogan recently had renowned stand-up comic and political commentator Jimmy Dore over in his popular podcast, Joe Rogan Experience.

The two comedic geniuses went to town on a myriad of topics relevant today, including the much-talked-about US presidential debate between US President Joe Biden and his predecessor, Donald Trump.

The debate, which was largely seen as a loss for democrat Biden, had the republican Trump take a significant lead in the polls (Wall Street Journal's post-debate poll).

Biden's age and mental acuity have been major concerns, with 80% of American voters thinking that the 81-year-old president is too old to lead and run for re-election. There were times in the debate when Joe Biden had a hard time finishing his sentences, which wasn't the first time the President suffered such lapses in speech during his term.

Joe Rogan made a quick joke about Biden's mental lapses at the beginning of the podcast, where he and Dore were discussing how the world is more aware and informed today than before the internet age.

Rogan said:

"We have a bizarre time where the world is waking up. Where the people are so much more aware of the corruption and just the way the world works. It's more highlighted than it's ever been before. And I think it's more fun."

He continued:

"Like, some of the things that are stupid are so stupid like, when you see [Joe] Biden, (imitates Biden's voice) 'We beat Medicare' (laughs). Thank you, Mr. President! And then they smash-cut like how the f**k is that real? The guy locks up like Windows 95, stammers for 15 seconds, and then he says 'we beat Medicare."

Joe Rogan on US President Joe Biden: "There's no f**king way he's the man behind the machine"

Going deeper into the current state of the US presidential race, Joe Rogan made a controversial analysis of what role Joe Biden truly plays in the US democratic party, saying:

"So it's very clear watching Joe Biden talk - very clear - that he's not making all his decisions and someone writes his stuff down. We've seen the cue cards that he has. They tell him what to say. We see him read teleprompters and say 'end of quote'... So we know there's no f**king way he's the man behind the machine. So there's a bunch of people that work for him that are essentially running the country. And those people don't want to lose that position..."
