Joe Rogan labels Donald Trump a "psycho" for infamous "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT" post: "They tried to kill him twice"
Joe Rogan recently described Donald Trump as a "psycho," citing his infamous "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT" post. The UFC color commentator acknowledged the United States president-elect's mindset during a discussion with the 40th governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich. According to Rogan, Trump’s polarizing behavior, including his public disdain for Swift following her endorsement of Kamala Harris, highlights the 78-year-old's unyielding persona.
Trump's post targeting Swift came shortly after she announced her support for Harris in the recently concluded elections. Despite widespread criticism, Trump doubled down on his stance, dismissing Swift as a liberal icon and suggesting she would face repercussions for her political endorsements.
Rogan, who openly supported Trump in recent elections, noted that such behavior might stem from the resilience needed to withstand political attacks. He also referenced the controversies surrounding alleged assassination attempts on Trump, while discussing the intense scrutiny and conspiracies that have followed him.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC color commentator said:
"You have to be a psycho [to be] the type of person who tweets I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT. Such a maniac mindset! But without that, you don't keep fighting. They tried to kill him twice and one of them nicked his ear. There were literally people online doubting whether or not he was hit. You see blood coming off his ear... People were saying it was staged so he could avoid prison."

Joe Rogan casts doubts over Conor McGregor's future in fighting
Joe Rogan doubts Conor McGregor will return to the UFC, citing his partying lifestyle and immense wealth as factors diminishing his motivation. McGregor has not competed since July 2021, when he suffered a leg break against Dustin Poirier.
Rogan argues that McGregor’s massive earnings, particularly from his blockbuster boxing match with Floyd Mayweather Jr., shifted his priorities. The wealth and fame, coupled with a pattern of partying, seem to have altered the mindset that once made him a relentless competitor.
Speaking with fitness education Derek in a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan said:
"I don’t know if Conor’s ever going to fight again. [I don’t] know the real details of that case. [And] I know his version of it, and her version of it, and what played out in the court, but the reality is that guy’s partying, and he’s partying real hard, and he talked about it in the court case."
Rogan added:
"He was talking about cocaine. That was the whole thing... [McGregor said] ‘We were doing cocaine'… He likes coke. We’ve all seen Conor get beat up and knocked out. We’ve seen Conor’s sparring footage. He’s sparring pro boxers, he’s sparring elite fighters. You’re getting hit in the head a lot. A lot of fighters, especially toward the ends of their careers, turn to drugs."
