Joe Rogan's podcast guest Dr. Robert Epstein drops terrifying bombshell on Google manipulating U.S. politics: "Fair election has been an illusion"
Joe Rogan's podcast guest, Dr. Robert Epstein, lambasted tech giant Google for allegedly manipulating politics in the United States of America. Epstein's a longtime critic of American tech companies, particularly Google, against whom he's testified before Congress.
The 71-year-old professor, psychologist, journalist, and author was inadvertently dragged into the political rivalry between the Democratic Party's Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party's Donald Trump over the 2016 presidential elections. Trump had tweeted in support of some of Epstein's research. Clinton responded by casting aspersions on Epstein's work.
Epstein, who claims he was a Hillary Clinton supporter back then, believes Clinton's actions severely damaged his career. Subsequently, he's gained considerable respect in conservative socio-political groups.
In episode 2201 of the JRE (Joe Rogan Experience) podcast, veteran UFC color commentator Joe Rogan hosted Dr. Robert Epstein. For his part, Epstein expounded upon how Google and many other tech companies collect and illegally use/sell user data for purposes such as election manipulation:
"I, personally, have believed that as of 2012, the free and fair election, at least at the national level, has not existed ... It's just been manipulated since 2012." [0:35]
Epstein believes Google manipulates people to vote in favor of the Democratic Party. Alleging that Google played a pivotal role in helping the Democratic Party's Joe Biden beat Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential elections, he stated:
"Take Google out of the equation [in the 2020 presidential elections], that would have been pretty much a tie in the popular vote, and Trump would have won 11 out of 13 swing states instead of five. So going forward from roughly 2012, I think the free and fair election has been an illusion. An illusion." [2:33]
Epstein even harked back to former POTUS, Dwight D. Eisenhower, who'd famously warned about the rise of the military-industrial complex and the technological elite in America. He said:
"It's very weird and kind of ironic -- but this is something that Dwight D. Eisenhower warned about in that last speech of his, his farewell speech. He warned about the rise of military-industrial complex. Everyone's heard about that. But he also warned about the rise of a technological elite that could someday control public policy without anyone knowing. And the technological elite are now in control."

Robert Epstein requests help on Joe Rogan's podcast to combat alleged techno-authoritarianism
During his conversation with podcast mogul Joe Rogan, Robert Epstein explained that he and other like-minded people are solidifying a framework to combat Google's apparent monopoly. Epstein claims they're now surveilling Google.
They've supposedly collected evidence of Google deliberately and systematically messing with the U.S., especially with its elections. Implying that he needs greater funding, Epstein said:
"I need help. I desperately need people's help. So, we have spent seven million dollars building the world's first nationwide monitoring system that is doing to those b**tards what they did to us and our kids 24 hours a day. We are surveilling them for the first time." [0:00]
Furthermore, Dr. Robert Epstein mentioned Misti Vaughn, who passed away in a car accident in 2019 amid Epstein's long-running battle against Google. Reminiscing about his late wife on Joe Rogan's podcast, he asserted that life's been challenging ever since, but he'll keep fighting against techno-authoritarianism.
