Joe Rogan says Kamala Harris "might still" appear on JRE podcast, Donald Trump speculates outcome: "She would be laying on the floor comatose"

Joe Rogan recently had Donald Trump on his podcast, and the two discussed various topics from politics to MMA. During their conversation, Rogan opened up about potentially speaking to Kamala Harris on the show. While the veteran podcaster was certain she'd be an interesting guest, Trump disagreed.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that the Republican candidate for the 2024 U.S. Presidential elections would make an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) podcast. Soon after, many began wondering whether Trump's Democrat opponent would also sit down with Rogan for an interview.

Later, Harris' spokesperson confirmed that while she was open to conversing with Rogan on his show, she couldn't do so at the moment due to scheduling conflicts with her election campaign. However, Harris's appearance on the JRE podcast wasn't completely ruled out.

In the latest episode of the JRE show (#2219), Trump asked Rogan if he thought Harris would agree to speak to him. Rogan replied in the affirmative, saying:

"I could imagine her doing this show. She was supposed to do it, she might still do it and I hope she does. I would talk to her like a human being. I would try to have a conversation with her... I think we'd have a fine conversation."

Trump wasn't very optimistic about Harris potentially sitting down for a long-form conversation with Rogan and said:

"I hope she does because it would be a mess. She would be lying on the floor comatose. She'd be saying, 'Call in the medics.'"

Donald Trump's appearance on JRE undoubtedly created a lot of buzz online and has been the subject for discussion ever since the episode dropped. The interview also led to many wondering whether Kamala Harris would go on the podcast.

During an interview with MSNBC's Chris Hayes, Harris' spokesperson Ian Sams addressed the Democrat presidential candidate potentially appearing on Rogan's podcast and said:

"I think that the vice president is happy to go anywhere and anyplace to talk to a broad segment of the country. We talked with Rogan and his team about the podcast. Unfortunately, it isn't going to work out right now because of the scheduling of this period of the campaign."
