Jonathan Di Bella says Prajanchai KO not a top priority: "If it happens, it happens"
Jonathan Di Bella is all in for a victory over Prajanchai PK Saenchai when they tussle for the vacant strawweight kickboxing world title in the main event of ONE Friday Fights 68 on June 28.
The Canadian-Italian, however, says he won't be in any rush to go head-hunting, admitting that he'd prefer to focus on perfecting his game plan to reclaim the 26 pounds of gold that will be on stake inside the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Appearing on the Bolasport podcast, the Team Di Bella Kickboxing star gave a full rundown on his foe and how he'd prefer to see off the contest:
"I don't look for a finish, you know. If it happens, it happens. I don't go for it, if I see an opening, I'll go and take whatever happens."
"I just want to give the fans a good fight and a good show and come out with a win no matter what."

Di Bella's fight against the ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion will be his third appearance under the ONE Championship banner.
The Montreal native picked up the ONE strawweight kickboxing world title against Zhang Peimian in his promotional bow. Then, at ONE Fight Night 15 in October last year, he battered three-sport superstar Danial Williams to stay perfect.
He currently holds a 12-0 resume with four knockouts.
Prajanchai banking on 'accuracy and power' to power past Jonathan Di Bella
While Jonathan Di Bella has no clearcut path to overcome Prajanchai, the latter believes two of his key traits can power him to two-sport glory inside the Mecca of Muay Thai this Friday.
Speaking to ONE Championship separately, the strawweight Muay Thai kingpin offered:
"In terms of boxing, it's all about an opening, and then I will see if I want to trade hands with Jonathan Di Bella. But I definitely want to focus on the accuracy and power."
