Jonathan Haggerty says he has no time to waste for Superlek test in Denver: "I need to get it done now"

Two-sport ONE world champion Jonathan Haggerty plans on leaving it all out when he steps inside the Circle next, and he has wasted no time to ensure he's on track toward his goal.

The London striker dukes it out against Superlek Kiatmoo9 at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 in a rematch that has been years in the making.

There, 'The General' puts his bantamweight Muay Thai crown on the line against the pound-for-pound striking sensation, who is out for two-sport glory.

Speaking on his gameplan in a clip uploaded to his YouTube channel as he heads into the toughest assignment of his ONE tenure, the Brit acknowledges that he had little time to waste:

"[I am] motivated now. Still quite a long way, but I need to get it done now, get it done early, no excuses. [We've got] all the time in the world, 'and still' [the world champion]."

Superlek promises to expose Jonathan Haggerty's weakness at ONE 168: Denver

While Jonathan Haggerty remains supremely sure of his chances to bag another memorable victory and extend his winning ways on the global stage, Superlek is cut from the same cloth.

'The Kicking Machine' heads into this fixture in the Mile High City in a rich vein of form, looking better and more unstoppable even against the likes of Rodtang Jitmuangnon and Takeru Segawa.

Though his world-class striking will certainly be put under the spotlight against Haggerty, who is all in to end the year very much the way he started it – as a two-sport ONE world champion – Superlek is sticking to his instincts and IQ to halt 'The General's' six-match success.

He had this to say to Sportskeeda previously:

"I'm ready to go out there with Jonathan Haggerty to find that out. What is his weakness and how I can exploit it."
