Ryan Garcia lauds the UK for officially banning puberty blockers

Another recent news Ryan Garcia reacted to was the UK's official banning of puberty blockers. Such kinds of treatments are generally used by transgender, intersex, and nonbinary individuals to halt and/or prevent puberty from happening. This will cause young transitioning individuals to stop things like periods, breast growth, voice deepening, and facial hair growth.

BRICS News reported on the decision on X, saying:

“JUST IN: 🇬🇧 United Kingdom officially bans puberty blockers for children.”

Garcia replied to the tweet, saying:

“AMEN. First step away from the woke bullshit. And the attack on the children. Praise the lord.”

According to a report by ABC News, a High Court judge upheld the British government's emergency ban on puberty blockers. It was cited that a study found "very substantial risks and very narrow benefits" of the controversial treatments, supporting the ruling as potentially harmful.
