“Just one fight at a time” - Liam Harrison taking a more cautious route in the twilight of his legendary career
With his iconic career beginning to wind down, Liam Harrison is taking things one step at a time.
After more than two years on the shelf, the 'Hitman' will return to the Circle on Friday, September 6, as ONE Championship heads back to Ball Arena in The Mile High City for ONE 168: Denver. There, Harrison will square off with Seksan Or Kwanmuang in a can't-miss Muay Thai clash.
With more than 100 career fights to his credit, the 38-year-old fan favorite knows that his days of competing are numbered.
But instead of trying to race to the finish line, Harrison is choosing to take his time and savor every moment before deciding what comes next—whether it be another fight or retirement.
"I'm not gonna put any pressure on myself. I'm not going to start saying, ‘Yeah, I need to fight for this title and win this and do that.’ Just one fight at a time, and if I feel good, I'll keep going."
