“Kade is just a different animal” - Tye Ruotolo confident twin brother Kade will beat Mikey Musumeci at ONE 168

Reigning and undisputed ONE welterweight submission grappling world champion Tye Ruotolo of the United States is always in his twin brother Kade's corner, through thick and thin. And the 21-year-old BJJ black belt phenom will be in Kade's corner once again when the latter defends his belt in a couple of months.

Kade Ruotolo will put the ONE lightweight submission grappling world title on the line against flyweight titleholder 'Darth Rigatoni' Mikey Musumeci at ONE 168: Denver, which broadcasts live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado on Friday, September 6th.

Speaking to Sportskeeda MMA in a recent interview, Tye talked about the highly anticipated showdown between his brother and 'Darth Rigatoni'.

The 21-year-old said:

"It’ll be a sick match, you know. I got a lot of respect for Mikey, you know, his technique's unbelievable. But Kade is just a different animal, you know. And Kade’s one of the most technical people I’ve ever trained with my whole life, you know. So yeah, I think Kade’s got that one for sure. But yeah, it’s going to be a treat for the fans no matter what."

ONE 168: Denver is shaping up to be an absolute barnburner of an event and one that fans will certainly not want to miss.

As for Tye, the welterweight king is set to see action this weekend against a very dangerous opponent.
