Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager reacts to Donald Trump's 2021 take on allegedly failed Israel-Palestine peace deal

Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager, Ali Abdelaziz, is a staunch supporter of United States president-elect Donald Trump. The founder of Dominance MMA Management recently reacted to an old video of Trump’s blunt statements on the Israel-Palestine failed peace deal.

Speaking in an interview with the Associated Press, Trump disclosed his frustrations with Israeli leadership, particularly with then-Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He claimed that the Israeli leader never wanted a peace agreement with Palestine. Trump also explained that he initially assumed Israelis would make significant concessions to secure peace.

He also claimed to have prevented Netanyahu from annexing parts of the West Bank, as it would have escalated tensions in the region. Speaking about a peace deal between Israel and Palestine, Trump said:

"I have a real question as to whether or not both sides want to make it... A lot has to do with Israel and whether or not Israel wants to make the deal - whether or not Israel wants to sacrifice certain things. They may not be, and I understand that, and I'm okay with that. But then you're just not going to have a deal."

He added:

“I don’t think Netanyahu ever wanted to make a deal. I thought the Palestinians were impossible and that the Israelis would do anything to make peace and a deal. I found that not to be true.”

Joe Rogan urges Donald Trump to unite people and push for "tangible change"

UFC color commentator recently hosted comedian Dave Smith on his podcast where the pair spoke about the 2024 United States presidential elections in depth.

Rogan urged Donald Trump to focus on unity rather than vengeance following his presidential win. He also expressed that the president-elect should avoid divisive attacks, especially on left-leaning critics, and prioritize bringing Americans together. He said:

"We’ve got a chance to make real change. This is like one of the first times ever where there’s a real chance to make real, tangible change that’s going to be for the good of everybody. He’s got to unite people. He’s got to not attack the left, not attack everybody, let them all talk their shit. But unite. Now it’s time to unite everybody.”
