Kiamran Nabati believes Soe Lin Oo can take a page from Superlek’s win over Nabil Anane for ONE Friday Fights 81 showdown

Undefeated standout Kiamran Nabati thinks 32-year-old knockout artist Soe Lin Oo could learn a thing or two from two-sport king Superlek Kiatmoo9 ahead of his own clash with Nabil Anane.

On Friday, Sept. 27, the Burmese sensation will square off with Anane as part of ONE Championship's return to the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, for ONE Friday Fights 81, airing live on pay-per-view at watch.onefc.com.

The Lethwei legend goes into the bout having won three straight via KO on martial arts' biggest global stage, but he'll face a tough test when he meets six-foot-four Algerian-Thai phenom Nabil Anane.

Making his promotional debut in June 2023, Anane faced a huge first test when he went toe-to-toe with Superlek at ONE Friday Fights 22. Despite his size and length advantage, Anane came up short against 'The Kicking Machine' in what has been his only loss in ONE so far.

Offering some advice to Anane's next opponent, Kiamran Nabati thinks Soe Lin Oo could get valuable insight on how to handle Anane's size by looking back on Superlek's win over the young up-and-comer.

"We saw how Superlek stopped this guy," Nabati told the South China Morning Post. "He did body shots and then later went to headshots to finish this guy. Superlek showed how we can stop Nabil."

Kiamran Nabati seeks his 22nd career win against Nong-O at ONE Friday Fights 81

As Soe Lin Oo and Nabil Anane look to keep their streaks alive, Kiamran Nabati will try to do the same when he puts his 21-fight unbeaten streak on the line against former ONE world champion Nong-O Hama at ONE Friday Fights 81.

Nabati enters the bout — like Soe Lin Oo — having won three in a row under the ONE Championship banner, including unanimous decision victories against PK Saenchai superstars, Pongsiri, and Avatar. He also added a first-round knockout against Suablack Tor Pran49 in his last performance at ONE Friday Fights 68 in June.

Meanwhile, Nong-O will try and make it two straight after landing a bounce-back W against Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai in April.

Which two fighters leave with their hand raised and one step closer to a shot at ONE Championship gold?
