Kiamran Nabati believes he will overcome Nong-O test in crucial clash: “It’s my time to shine”
Kiamran Nabati is carrying a lot of confidence into his upcoming clash against Nong-O Hama, a bonafide legend of Muay Thai. The two are currently scheduled to face each other in a bantamweight Muay Thai fight inside the Lumpinee Stadium at ONE Friday Fights 81 on Sept. 27.
Nabati indeed has a reason to be confident. He made his promotional debut in September last year, and has since racked up a perfect 3-0 record, with wins over Avatar PK Saenchai, Pongsiri PK Saenchai, and Suablack TorPran49.
Speaking to ONE Championship in an interview, he revealed what he wants to prove in his fight against Nong-O. He said:
“I’ve always wanted this. I kept talking about it all the time, and now it’s time to prove myself. It’s my time to shine, as they say.”
Nonetheless, Nong-O is not just any fighter. After suffering back-to-back losses and losing his belt, he will surely hope to add Nabati to his hitlist, and make it two wins in a row after returning to the win column back in April.
ONE Friday Fights 81 will be available via pay-per-view at watch.onefc.com.
