British Muay Thai icon and former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title challenger 'Hitman' Liam Harrison of the United Kingdom has high hopes for the next generation of fighters.
The 38-year-old veteran of the fight game understands he is at the tail end of his long and glorious career, but he is rest assured that Muay Thai is in good hands with all the incredible talent coming up.
Speaking on a guest appearance on The FullerWatt Podcast, Harrison says that with the advent of the information age, fighters today have access to a breadth of resources that he and other veterans didn't have coming up, which is a huge advantage for them.
'Hitman' said:
"These fighters don't know how lucky they are, they've got all the strength and conditioning, all this sports science, they've got access to all of it, just all you got to do is go to the internet and find a good new nutritionist like Pete or like a good strength and conditioning coach."
