Liam Harrison sings praise for 'wild' Masaaki Noiri ahead of ONE debut vs Sitthichai: "He's good at everything"

Multi-time Muay Thai world champion Liam Harrison has nothing but nice words for the soon-to-debut Masaaki Noiri which will happen on June 7 at ONE 167 inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 'Hitman' shined the spotlight on Noiri's achievements and his fighting style during an interview with the South China Morning Post:

"He's dangerous. He's wild. I loved watching his fights in Japan, in K-1. He's good at everything, solid boxing combinations, good look, what you can expect from the Japanese, but his long knees and his knee to the head is really good. He can mix up his shots and he's got a good shot selection."

Noiri's opponent will be Thai kickboxing star Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong. who is looking to snap his two-fight losing streak at the expense of the Japanese star.

As for Harrison, he will make his own return to the Circle also at ONE 167 where he will face Noiri's countryman Katsuki Kitano in a bantamweight Muay Thai bout.

This will be the first time fans get to witness 'Hitman' back in action after he was dealt a cruel injury during his world title bid to Nong-O in August 2022.

Liam Harrison promises to unleash his entire arsenal against Katsuki Kitano

ONE Championship fans had not seen the 38-year-old competitor in nearly two years as he recovered from his injuries and while many might be counting him out against the much younger Kitano, Liam Harrison is not one to back down from a challenge.

In an interview with talkSPORT MMA, the Bad Company fighter stated:

"I'm just going to press forward and make it as exciting for the fans as I can because I enjoy fighting like that. I enjoy getting into wars and I know the fans enjoy it."

ONE 167 will air live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
