'Hands of Stone' had been teasing the lead left hook as his go-to weapon, which the Tiger Muay Thai product unfortunately failed to take note of. This ultimately gave the Brazilian star the opening he needed to land the knockout blow.

Lineker is now on a two-fight winning streak since debuting in the 'art of eight limbs' with a second-round knockout of Asa Ten Pow at ONE 168: Denver on Sept. 6 inside the Ball Arena.

John Lineker unsurprised with knockout victory over Alexey Balyko

John Lineker is proud to have given fans another memorable knockout at ONE Friday Fights 81, which earned him a $50,000 performance bonus from ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong.

During the post-fight interview with Mitch Chilson, the OCS Jiu-Jitsu product stated:

"First of all, I'd like to say thank you ONE for this opportunity. This is what I do, every time I come, I knock out everyone."
