Michael Chandler shares prediction for Shavkat Rakhmonov vs. Ian Machado Garry at UFC 310

Former UFC title challenger Michael Chandler has shared his thoughts on the upcoming clash between Ian Machado Garry and Shavkat Rakhmonov. 'Iron' recently uploaded a post on X, sharing that he was going to spend 30 minutes in a hyperbaric chamber and was open to questions from fans during that period.

This led to one individual asking Chandler for his opinion on the Rakhmonov vs. Garry clash.

Chandler gave a very short response, picking 'Nomad' to emerge victorious in the encounter.

"Shav!"

Garry and Rakhmonov will go toe-to-toe in a five-round clash at UFC 310. The fight will be the co-main event of the card, which is set to take place on Dec. 7 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

One interesting aspect of the fight is that both Garry and Rakhmonov are undefeated in their professional MMA careers, with records of 15-0 and 18-0, respectively.

The stakes are high as the winner of the scrap could possibly be next in line for a shot at UFC gold.

Michael Chiesa weighs in on Shavkat Rakhmonov vs. Ian Machado Garry

UFC welterweight Michael Chiesa has also shared his opinion on the welterweight showdown between Ian Machado Garry and Shavkat Rakhmonov. Chiesa recently made an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, where he discussed the fight.

'Maverick' predicted that Rakhmonov, who has finished all of his MMA fights, will possibly go the distance for the first time against Garry. Despite that, Chiesa picked 'Nomad' to emerge as the victor in that fight.

"I think this is going to be the first time that Shavkat goes the distance and I say that with all due respect to him... I think [Garry's] elusive enough to avoid some of the attacks of Shavkat, but ultimately, in the end, I think Shavkat gets his hand raised. I think he's the more well-rounded fighter."
