Mike Tyson gives Nate Diaz’s sparring partner his second black eye in 24-year boxing career during Jake Paul fight camp
Mike Tyson appears to be firing on all cylinders as he recently gave Nate Diaz's sparring partner the second black eye of his 24-year boxing career. The former heavyweight boxing champion is in the final weeks of his training camp as he prepares for his bout against Jake Paul.
There was plenty of criticism when 'Iron' was officially named as 'The Problem Child's next opponent, considering their age gap of 31 years and that he hasn't competed in a professional bout in 20 years. But the bout is expected to be a spectacle, headlining the first-ever live combat sports broadcast on Netflix on Nov. 15.

Russell, the sparring partner of Nate Diaz, posted a photo to his Instagram account and disclosed that this was just the second black eye of his career. He mentioned that it was Tyson who gave it to him, which suggests he still possesses a great deal of power, which he was known for throughout his legendary career:
"2nd back eye in 24 years boxing. Thanks uncle Mike @miketyson [laughing emoji]"

Gene Kilroy gives positive update from Mike Tyson's preparation for Jake Paul
Gene Kilroy is known for being Muhammad Ali's longtime business manager and has also known Mike Tyson personally since he was a teenager.
During episode 7 of Tyson's behind-the-scenes series BEHIND THE MIKE, Kilroy visited the former heavyweight boxing champion and heaped praise on his approach to his fight against Jake Paul. He even disclosed that 'Iron' appears to be taking his training for Paul more seriously than he did for his bout against Lennox Lewis:
"This [training session] impressed the sh*t out of me. Nothing impresses me...You did more workouts [now]...than the whole time you fought Lennox Lewis. Am I right or wrong?...It's a whole new ball game. I'm proud of you, Mike."
