#3. Israel Adesanya reveals why upcoming UFC 281 fight with Alex Pereira is "personal"
Israel Adesanya admitted that for him, the upcoming UFC 281 main event bout between himself and Alex Pereira will be personal.
After colliding in a couple of kickboxing matches years ago, the middleweight stars will collide under MMA rules for the first time in the main event of this month's pay-per-view event.
During a recent interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Adesanya revealed that he's definitely fighting for more than just the title:
"It’s personal, 'cause, this is about me and my legacy. This is about, re-writing history, even though it is history and I never chased this. This is about me re-writing a new path to history and showing people what I can really do. 'Cause again, y’all must've forgot. They always forget! It's because of this TikTok era, their attention span is so quick. They move on so fast."

#2. 'Chito' Vera responds to Henry Cejudo
Marlon 'Chito' Vera hit back at Henry Cejudo after the former UFC two-division UFC champ claimed that he could make easy work of him and Sean O'Malley.
Cejudo went off on a Twitter tirade, dismissing O'Malley as a title challenger. He also claimed that he can beat both O'Malley and Vera even while being injured, but 'Chito' won't take the insults lightly.
On Twitter, the Ecuadorian responded by writing:
"Henry go suck a d**k you fat little s**t"
