“My heart is still with you all in Malaysia” - Young phenom Johan Ghazali will proudly represent his homeland on American soil
Johan Ghazali will embark on a new journey in the United States as he joins the stacked card of ONE 168: Denver on September 6.
The young Malaysian phenom is scheduled to clash with Mexican striker Josue Cruz inside the Ball Arena, Denver, Colorado, and he will fight in front of his American family from his mother's side.
Nonetheless, Ghazali still applauds his homeland Malaysia and those who support him from the start, and he wants to dedicate this fight for all of his fans there.
More importantly, 'Jojo' intends to bring Malaysia to the peak of the martial arts world with his accomplishments, like he told Borneo Post Online in a recent interview:
“I want to say thank you to all my fans in Malaysia, especially those who have been supporting me since the beginning. Please pray for my success and I will do my best for the country and bring Malaysia to the peak."
Johan Ghazali added:
“Although I am fighting in the US, my heart is still with you all in Malaysia.”

Johan Ghazali is brimming with confidence ahead of his scheduled fight against Mexico's Josue Cruz at ONE 168: Denver on September 6.
The knockout machine Ghazali knows he can't leave any stones unturned for this crucial matchup, and he plans to bring his action-only style to the American soil and solidify his place as a worthy contender in his division.
'Jojo' said in the same interview:
"In my previous six fights, I had five wins (four TKOs) and one defeat. I am pretty confident in my next fight as I have been training very hard for the past few months, and I am ready for it."
"This is my chance to get a win back. I cannot afford to suffer another loss. So, I'm doing everything I can on my end to make that happen," he added.
