Nick Diaz, Ronda Rousey and more set to feature in VICE TV's 'Dark Side of the Cage' series revealing 'never-before-told' stories [VIDEO]
It appears as though there will be plenty of content for MMA fans as VICE TV officially announced their upcoming series 'Dark Side of the Cage' will be premiering in the new year. The series will look at several stories and careers that could be an eye-opening experience for fans that aren't familiar with the sport.
The series comes from the creators of 'Dark Side of the Ring', which focuses on pro wrestling stories and careers, and has become a popular docuseries for the network. VICE TV is looking to replicate that success with MMA content and are doing a deep-dive into stories that will certainly pique the interest of older and newer fans of the sport.
VICE TV recently released the first trailer for their new series, which features a roll-call of interviews featured throughout the debut season as well as the official episode lineup. Episodes for the first season include Nick Diaz and Ronda Rousey.
In addition, there are plenty of notable names involved in the series through sit-down interviews including Ken Shamrock, Georges St-Pierre, Randy Couture and Mike Goldberg.
"Inside the cage, the fights are real. Outside of it, the stories are unreal. VICE TV's new series 'Dark Side of the Cage' cuts through the glamor and glory of the MMA spectacle to reveal the never-before-told stories behind its most iconic fighters."

Which careers and stories will be featured in 'Dark Side of the Cage'?
In addition to the announcement, VICE TV ended their trailer with a list of what MMA fans can expect to see discussed on 'Dark Side of the Cage'.
Along with episodes focusing on Nick Diaz and Ronda Rousey, there will also be episodes on 'The Ultimate Fighter', street fighter-turned MMA star Kimbo Slice, the rise and fall of Pride and the controversial career of War Machine.
