Nina-Marie Daniele clarifies after fake Helen Yee hate-tweet does the rounds: "All you have to do is zoom in on the bad photoshop"
Polarizing MMA personality and YouTuber Nina-Marie Daniele just uploaded a post regarding a "photoshopped" tweet that has seemingly been deleted from X. The tweet, which apparently saw the famous MMA interviewer talking badly about fellow media person Helen Yee, was speculated to have been taken down mere moments after it was uploaded.
Nina-Marie Daniele posted a video on X, with a caption that said:
"Hate to be the bearer of bad news but this tweet is fake LOL. All you have to do is zoom in on the bad photoshop. Nice try tho"
In the video, Daniele detailed how the tweet was doctored to look like it was her who said and posted those scathing words about Yee, saying:
"It's photoshopped. I never wrote this. I never made this tweet. I have no beef with Helen [Yee]. All you have to do is literally zoom in [demonstrates zooming in on tweet]"
In the video, Danielle showed how you can easily spot inconsistencies in the image of the tweet, with curved lines where it should have been straight. This is strong evidence that the tweet was indeed a product of Photoshop work.
She went on to say:
"Guys, come on. I know you want to hate me. I might be a lot of things. I might be annoying as f**k. I might be cringe-y as f**k. You might not want to hear my voice again. I totally understand. One thing I'm not - I'm NOT a piece of s**t. "
What did the alleged hate tweet by Nina-Marie Daniele say?
A screenshot of the hate tweet, which Daniele claimed to have circulated on Reddit first, had some scathing words about Helen Yee, who also does similar media work.
An X user @DeezHanz posted it in a separate tweet:
"LOL, you think Helen is more entertaining than Nina? Why is it that nina is the one who got hired by the UFC and the one who is being pushed by them then? Helen had her chance for years and never capitalized. The fans chose nina"
Judging by the third-person speech alone, you can tell that this statement was not made by Nina-Marie Daniele. She's not in the habit of referring to herself in the third person. The only person who can pull that off is The Rock.
So it seems this matter has been settled.
