Nina-Marie Daniele shares encouraging words after Indian fighter Angad Bisht loses by split decision in Road to UFC Season 3
MMA influencer and interviewer Nina-Marie Daniele recently shared some words of encouragement to Indian fighter Angad Bisht, after the 29-year-old narrowly lost a bout via split decision.
Bisht was appearing on season 3 of Road to UFC, a series that pits the top Asian MMA against one another to earn a contract with the premier promotion. He was competing in the flyweight bracket and made it to the semi-finals, where he was tasked with facing Choi Dong Hoon.
The pair then fought out an excellent high level contest, which saw both men have their moments to shine throughout the bout. The contest ultimately went the distance and unfortunately for Bisht, he was on the losing end of a razor close split decision loss.
Daniele was then spotted in the comments, where she offered her reaction to the fight and some words of encouragement to the Indian MMA star.
According to the popular influencer, she felt as though Angad Bisht had won the fight and encouraged him to keep his head up. She wrote:
"Angad won! We all know it 🇮🇳👊🏼 He will be back!"

It also appears as though Nina-Marie Daniele's encouragement had gotten through, as Bisht then took to his own Instagram account to provide his reaction to the loss. Like Daniele, the 29-year-old is looking at the positives and assured fans he will be back to his best. He wrote:
"NO WORRIES. WE MAKING A COMEBACK."
Nina-Marie Daniele reacts to Israel Adesanya's refusal to retire, following UFC 305 loss
Nina-Marie Daniele recently provided her reaction to Israel Adesanya's decision not to retire, following his submission loss to Dricus du Plessis at UFC 305.
'The Last Stylebender' was making his return to the octagon as he seeked to reclaim his middleweight title from Du Plessis. The pair then met in the main event of UFC 305 earlier this month, and fought out a highly entertaining contest.
The South African eventually weathered the late storm from Adesanya, however, and submitted the Nigerian New Zealander in the fourth round.
Following the fight, there had been questions whether Adesanya was going to hang up his gloves. However, he quickly put an end to all speculations and stated that he's not going anywhere.
Daniele then took to Instagram following the fight, expressing her happiness that Adesanya wasn't calling it a day. She wrote:
"All respect. Two great warriors! Respect is the root of Mix Martial Arts. What a scary and beautiful sport. The story continues. Also, thank God Izzy didn't retire tn. You trolls wouldn't know what else to do with your time if he did. Congratulations Dricus."
