"No one suffers more than the girlfriends" - Joe Rogan reacts to comic Tim Dillon's story of a hilarious fan exchange on latest podcast episode
Joe Rogan put forth his reaction to Tim Dillon's story of a hilarious fan encounter. Dillon notably alluded to how many fans follow the comedic and broader socio-political content put out by him, Rogan, and their fellow comedian Theo Von.
On episode 422 of The Tim Dillon Show, Dillon hosted Rogan with the backdrop of Rogan's world-renowned JRE (Joe Rogan Experience) podcast. Dillon questioned whether Rogan's children knew how famous the latter is.
The UFC color commentator suggested that they do. Rogan added that fans are generally incredibly respectful when one is with one's family. Dillon agreed.
Rogan indicated that they try not to take too much of the public personality's time, further implying that fan encounters and having to devote time to them comes with the territory when you're a celebrity.
Dillon seemed to lightheartedly highlight the dichotomy between his and Rogan's fans. The American stand-up comedian and podcaster recounted that a fan met him, while with his girlfriend, and requested that he explain politics and miscellaneous theories to his girlfriend.
Criticizing the Clintons, a prominent political family in the U.S., Dillon stated:
"Not my people. They want my time. 'Cause I don't have a family. So I'm just sitting there alone. They'll go, and they'll point to their girlfriend, and they'll go, 'Tell her how the Clintons f**k kids. Tell her. Tell her. I keep telling her. She doesn't believe me. Tell her.'"
Rogan reacted to Dillon's comments by jestingly asserting:
"No one suffers more than the girlfriends of our fans. No one."
Dillon then added:
"I mean, one woman came to me, and she said, 'I think you're really funny.' And she goes, 'But every day, I hear either Joe Rogan's voice, Theo Von's voice, your voice.' And she goes, 'I just want it to stop.' And sometimes, she goes, 'I'd wake up, and you're like yelling about something in my house. And my boyfriend's laughing. This is really funny.' And she goes, 'Why are you?' -- because now he's screaming about some waitress at a diner flipped him off."

Joe Rogan and Tim Dillon's criticism of Hillary Clinton
Many political analysts have maintained that Joe Rogan gradually shifted from supporting the Democratic Party's politicians to supporting Donald Trump and others from the Republican Party. Rogan hosted Tim Dillon on JRE's episode #2162 in June 2024, wherein the duo criticized the Clintons, who've long been associated with the Democratic Party.
Well before current U.S. President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race in July 2024, there were calls for him to withdraw due to his alleged age-related health issues.
During the podcast conversation in June, Joe Rogan and Tim Dillon disapproved of Hillary Clinton and her politics. Rogan warned that with Biden likely out, the Democrats mustn't choose Hillary Clinton as their presidential hopeful, as she'd lost to Trump in the 2016 elections too:
"If you try to promote her [Hillary Clinton] as president against [Donald] Trump, Democrats are gonna vote for Trump."
Ultimately, Rogan officially endorsed Donald Trump in the Nov. 2024 elections, wherein he defeated the Democratic Party's Kamala Harris. Trump is expected to take over the POTUS position in Jan. 2025.
